Differences between Coaching and Therapy

Coaching and therapy are equally valid tools when used in the right circumstances. We believe that in the absence of a clinical need to support an individual, coaching can be a more effective and powerful choice.

As an example: someone suffering from severe anxiety and frequent panic attacks that disrupt their daily life will clearly benefit from therapy. A person who feels anxious about a forthcoming performance, event or task will benefit from coaching that equips them with tools and techniques to move forward and achieve their goals.
