Coaching has been used in sports and business for over 30 years as a game changing performance development tool.
We feel the music industry to date has not yet taken full advantage of the coaching opportunity and the multiple benefits it brings, and want to share with you our experience and expertise.
TRAINING
Growing yourself and your teams is the key to success in our fast-paced, exciting industry. We provide bespoke expert training on key topics, including leadership, team effectiveness, and Mental Health First Aid.
CONSULTANCY
While in coaching the client is the expert, we recognise that it is also useful to tap into the expertise of those who have had successful careers in the music industry to benefit from their wisdom, experience and advice. We have therefore selected industry experts that we know and respect to join MIC and work with you.

We are licensed to provide a range of psychometric tools that enable you to understand and evaluate yourself and your teams and achieve your goals. We also offer live and online 360 interviews and assessments.
